If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for an exchange or a full refund, according to your preference. Please notify us of any defective products within 5 business days of receiving your order.


3. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted under the same conditions outlined above. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order.
